A Kiss For My Prince is a manga (or man-hwa?) that I’d typically not review. It’s shoujo (which technically, I’m not against…) and it’s also Korean, not Japanese. But hey, I got it from Infinity Studios so I figured I’d give it a quick spin…

Kekkaishi is one of the Fall 2006 anime that I didn’t watch. It’s also a long running shounen manga series by Yellow Tanabe with 7 volumes already out in the US. Since it’s sometimes nice to read the book before watching the story, I decided to hold off on the anime until finishing this book.
I had first heard of Kino no Tabi (Kino’s Journey) when it was released as an anime in 2003. I had seen one episode, but shortly afterwards, the anime got licensed, so I sorta forgot about it. Fast forward to October 2006, and the Kino no Tabi light novel is released in the US! I’m not a big novel reader, but stick the word “light” in the front and I’m sold!
I really liked the Shinobuden anime (called Ninja Nonsense in the US), so I got totally stoked when I found out about a manga version being released! I ran out and bought the manga as soon as I could! Well, okay, I really bought it on Amazon since I couldn’t find it at a normal store. So how does the wacky ninja action work on print?
Out of all of the 10 anime DVDs that I bought from that crazy Rightstuf sale, I only watched 1. I figured I should attempt to reduce my backlog, so I finally watched the first DVD of Niea Under 7.
