New Year’s Anime Resolution Progress!

 suiseiseki.jpg

So I resolved this new year to finish up a lot of the anime that was lounging around on my hard drive. Here’s an update to the stuff I was supposed to finish:

  • Bakuretsu Tenshi (Watched like, one episode)
  • Full Metal Alchemist (Watched none)
  • Futakoi Alternative (Watched a few of this anime)
  • Mahou Sensei Negima Finished!
  • Mahoraba Finished!
  • Maburaho (Watched a few episodes, still pretty behind. Wasurechatta…)
  • Mezzo DSA (Watched like 0)
  • Okusama wa Mahou Shoujo (Watched a few more, I should finish this)
  • ROD The TV (Forgot about this one… I don’t even know which episode I’m on anymore)
  • Rozen Maiden Finished!
  • Sensei no Ojikan Finished!
  • Tenjou Tenge (Didn’t watch none of this anime)
  • Tsukuyomi Moon Phase (Ooops, forgot to watch this anime too)
  • Ultra Maniac (Almost finished! Really!)

I’d say that overall, I’ve been pretty successful. Too bad I’ve also picked up like a billion shows too. Wait, that’s a good thing! Anime is good!

I might do a few reviews on the stuff I finished too. I also gotta start on Rozen Maiden: Traumend. Those dolls’ adventures are freakin’ addicting!

I keep a list much like yours, with animes I intend to watch, but it seems it’s easier to add hard drive space than it is to pare down the number of animes on my queue. Once I’m done watching my weekly animes (all of whom seem to come out on saturday, though I watch them during the following week) I usually end up with a day or two to watch some of those older animes. But gobbling down 7-8 episodes a night like I used to do just doesn’t happen anymore.

James,
I agree. Hard drive space is getting so cheap now! The bad thing is I have about 200GB of anime on my computer! I’m a pack rat in real life though, so it makes sense that my computer is full of junk I don’t want to throw away as well. I should probably put into place a “delete immediately after watching” policy, but then if I need to go back and see what happened before, I’m screwed.

It’s good to know that I’m not the only one with this problem.

Hey, consider it a good thing that you haven’t started on a lot of those series…some of them are pure *garbakutenge*! Glad to see that Traumend’s gonna get some love though 🙂
