I hated anime sooo much! A couple of my friends were into it, but I just shuddered when I looked at it. Then one day, my boyfriend told me that he heard of one that combines our interests (he likes zombies and I like history especially historical costumes). It was Le Chevalier D’Eon. I watched an episode and I was suprised to find that I actually liked it! I got hooked! Now I LOVE this anime! I’m always left in suspense when each episode ends and it makes me crave more! By the way, where would one find the songs from the intro and extro? They aren’t on LimeWire. EVERYONE WATCH LE CHEVALIER D’EON!!!

Well I was looking at one of the current Newtype Mags. (in Barns and Noble) and on the back of the cover was the advertisement picture for Le Chevalier D’Eon, you know, the one with the guy and the girl with the fire in the backround? Anyways, it sparked my attention and I really wanted to remember it, but dangit I didn’t have paper or pen to write the name of the anime on, so all in all I forgot about it. So about a month went by and today guess what anime title I happen to stumble apon whilst looking for some new and good anime? LE CHEVALIER D’EON!! I’m soooo happy now, becuase I know what the name is and with the feed back I’ve seen from you guys, I’m deffinatly watching it!!

I love this anime! I’m currently downloading it and watching it. I’m French, and I think the setting, historical content and designs of Versailles and Paris are very authentic. I’ve been to Versailles multiple times and Paris also, so I am speaking of experience here. I love the superantural plot to it. I am a sucker for supernatural. At first, I had a hard time determining whether D’Eon was a man or woman, and I’m usually pretty good at distinguishing this in anime because I love bishounen. The action animation is amazing, special effects astounding. I love the opening and ending. In all, I love everything about this anime!

This anime really impresed me, it satarted out really simple, when u thought this was just another anime like many out there that there are really boaring this slaps you in the face and tells you im going to be great! (i hope so) from what i saw it has really a great plot, the quality of the anime is great, and im really looking foward to watch the whole thing.

Very interesting. I don’t know this anime, but I know quite well the story of the “chevalier d’éon”, beacause I’m franch and a franch singer Mylène Farmer, talks about him in one of her song.
But I wonder why the link for the ending is called Miwako Okuda : Born. I’d love to hear her new song because I’m making a blog about her, so I’m curious…
