I am fosho a Tsundere lover. I likes my women strong, damnit! Which is not to say I don’t appreciate the idea of some of the more… tame(?) ladies, but MAN all the Tsuyokiss girls look interesting. A challenge if you will.

And you’re right. All the damn PPG girls look wrong. I haven’t grabbed ep1 yet, but I plan to tonight to see how things look in motion.

I’ve been waiting for more Otogi-jushi Akazukin since the OVA was released. Supposedly the story behind it is that it was an experimental idea by Konami, and that the entire series, storyline to supporting characters, was based off of an Akazukin figurine created by them. I don’t recall ever hearing about a series that had that kind of a start…

Sure, it probably won’t end up being “teh bestest series evar!!1!” or anything like that, but the animation is great, the character designs are wonderfully colorful and unique, and the end theme (at least in the OVA) is quite good~

I really just want to see what happens next. The OVA had so little closure. Not a ton, but just enough to have you going, “Aww, c’mon, where’s the rest of it?”

Tsuyokiss looks like it has a sweet animation style. The color work has almost a Pani Poni Dash! thing going on, only not. Very vibrant and well defined. I’m looking forward to it, if only to find out if it’s lame or not.
