I would've liked the song itself even if I haven't watched Utawarerumono in the first place :) It's like how I love Shimamiya Eiko's "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni" even if I don't even watch the show of the same name. I did like "Shisshou" for a while, but not to the point of wanting to listen to the whole song. I just let it play until the ED credits goes out and goes on to the previews.
