Not as good as the manga, they put more detail in but it kinda screws up the pacing. and the ed is desperately depressing. still worth a watch.

i’ve seen both series of Black lagoon and think it is one the best animes i have seen, nice animitation with awsome action is ftw

I’ve seen both seasons. Black Lagoon is very watchable and a great escape into the underworld. The second season starts and end bleaker and bloodier than the first with some disturbing story plots regarding the first three eps. However the dialog and actions are topnotch and I would love to see a third season made.

This anime oozes with style!! I’ve watched the whole first season on You-Tube.com. This is a “Must-have” for anyone’s personal anime collection. From what I understand, the 2nd Season is still running in Japan. Anyone know the North American release date???

The real star of the show is Revy, the super hot chain-smoking gun-wielding babe. She kinda reminds me of Jo from Burst Angel.

That’s pretty ironic, since one of the characters (Meg) in Burst Angel IS actually voiced by the the same VA (Megumi TOYOGUCHI) who is doing Revy.
